User Forums Now Open

If you visit http://forums.cutabovehost.com/ you will see our new forums.
We have tried forums over and over again in the past.
One of the biggest reasons for deleting the old ones were the robots.
Currently we have software installed that goes beyond simple form validation.
We now have more people to help manage the forums as well to keep robots
off and moderate the content better.
